Terms of use
These terms govern access to and use of the Euclario website and related services.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Euclario, you agree to these terms and to the privacy and cookie policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The publisher is LuSoft, 21 rue Anatole France, 92000 Nanterre, FRANCE; contact: contact@lusoft.dev.
Service description
Euclario is an online discovery and comparison guide for European software and related solutions. We publish listings, comparisons, editorial content and optional vendor features. The service may evolve; features can be added, modified or discontinued without creating a lasting obligation to keep any particular feature available.
Accounts and access
Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates a security risk or is inactive. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, scraping beyond ordinary browsing without authorisation, attempts to bypass security, spam, impersonation, or interference with other users. You must not submit content that infringes third-party rights or that is defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful.
User and vendor content
If you submit a listing, comment, request or other content, you warrant that you have the rights to do so and that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Euclario a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt that content for operating and promoting the service. We may refuse, edit or remove content that breaches these terms or our editorial standards.
Paid features
Optional paid placements, subscriptions or vendor services are described at the time of purchase and may be subject to additional commercial terms. Prices, taxes and billing are shown before confirmation. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, fees already due are not refundable once the corresponding service period has started. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe under its own terms.
Intellectual property
Euclario’s brand, design, software and original content are protected. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or reuse them beyond ordinary personal or internal professional use without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners and do not imply affiliation.
Disclaimer and liability
Listings and comparisons are informational. They are not legal, tax, security or compliance advice, nor a certification or audit. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euclario is provided “as is”; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited).
Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and cookie policy. Contact: contact@lusoft.dev.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use after publication constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of [DISPUTE_VENUE], subject to any mandatory venue rules. Questions: contact@lusoft.dev.
